As soon as I discovered Anna offered educational courses, I didn’t hesitate to apply – and I’m so glad I did!
Joining the academy has been a game-changer in helping me pursue my dream of becoming a qualified lash and nail technician. I walked through the doors of Anna’s Beauty Lounge and enrolled in her nail course. On my first day, I had very little knowledge and even less confidence. But from the very start, I learned the essentials: hygiene, customer care, and the importance of using the correct methods. The professional environment at Anna’s Beauty Lounge helped me understand the standards that every technician should uphold, and I could see firsthand how much care and attention went into each customer and set of nails.
Anna has been an incredible mentor—always answering my questions, guiding me, and encouraging me every step of the way. One piece of advice that will stick with me forever is when she told me, “You’re a turtle now, but soon you’ll be a giraffe.” That stuck with me because it perfectly describes my journey: slow at first, but with time, I’ve grown and built confidence in my skills.
Now, I’m proud to say I am a qualified nail technician, and I couldn’t have done it without Anna’s guidance.
